Bills Bondi – Don’t miss the Pav!

The Highlight at Bills Bondi

Bills Bondi is famous for its breakfast ricotta pancakes and sweetcorn fritters, but there’s another highlight on the menu that you need to know about!

Bills Bondi is just one of Bill Grainger’s Sydney restaurants. It has a good atmosphere, great service and a tasty menu of interesting dishes both light and fresh as well as more luxurious. Bills Bondi takes bookings and is open every day for every meal.

What’s the highlight?

If you’re like me though, you want to know the highlight now, without having to read to the end.

Here it is – it’s the amazing pavlova! My tip is to order the pavlova and then work backwards to pick the dishes that fit your budget. Bills can be expensive otherwise.

The star of the day – White chocolate and pistachio pavlova, rhubarb and yoghurt cream $16.50

This dessert is just a wonderful combination of flavours and textures!

What else is good?

The Chilli Miso Salmon was the best main we had and the Moorooduc ‘Devil bend creek’ 2016 Pinot Noir $68 was a great drop.

Chilli miso salmon, hot and sour aubergine and herb salad $37.50

Oh, I love white chocolate. And pistachios. That pav looks heavenly – like a floating cloud of bliss.

So pleased you liked it Andrea! Yes, the Chilli Miso Salmon is very good, but I do like your suggestion of the Salted Caramel Icecream!
